Lo scorso venerdì abbiamo avuto Ivan a cena da noi. Anche se non ci ha permesso di fargli una foto per il blog, qui potete vedere due splendidi omaggi che ci ha portato, dal suo recente viaggio in Corsica. Un buonissimo “Muscat de cap corse” e una eccezionale marmellata di fichi interi. Da mangiare, quest’ultima, con uno straordinario formaggio di capra, che pero’ non abbiamo fatto tempo a fotografare (coì come l’ottimo lonzu)

Last friday we had Ivan at our place for a dinner. Although he didn’t allow me to take a picture of him for the blog, here you can see two gifts he brought us from his last trip to Corse. A wonderful “confiture of figues entiers” and a lovely “Muscat de cap corse”. Moreover he brought also some “lonzu” and a very good “fromage of chevre”, to be eaten with the confiture of figues. Unfortunately we ate it too fastly, and there was no time for a picture.
