Home-made pizza

Gia’ avevamo parlato (qui) della pizza fatta in casa qui dai sacchibelli. Oggi pero’ ci abbiamo riprovato seguendo una ricetta diversa (tratta da Easyfinger di Sigrid Verbert (alias Il Cavoletto di Bruxelles). Ovviamente abbiamo optato per un condimento a base di prosciutto cotto e gorgonzola (uno dei nostri preferiti) e come potete vedere dalle foto, il risultato e’ stato piu’ che decoroso…. Ovviamente dovete un po’ fidarvi, visto che le uniche due pizze fatte sono state mangiate da noi stessi….


Two years ago we posted our home-made pizza (see here) but today we repeated the experiment following a new recipe found in Easyfinger a nice book from Sigrid Verbert (alias Il Cavoletto di Bruxelles). As you can see, our pizzas (with “gorgonzola” and “prosciutto”) look great, and trust on us, the taste too was excellent
