Torta ricciolina

Qualche week-end fa siamo stati invitati da Luca e Daniela per una merenda a casa loro. E’ stato un momento molto piacevole che, purtroppo, ci siamo dimenticati di immortalare. Oltre che dalla piacevole chiacchierata con Luca e Daniela, il pomeriggio e’ stato “illuminato” da due ottime torte. Una, preparata da Silvia e ispirata alla celebre ricetta di Emiko, di cui gia’ abbiamo parlato su questo blog (vedi qui), e l’altra preparata da Luca. Una torta anch’essa a base di ricotta, ma con un ripieno di amaretti. Una torta bella per come si presentava e buonissima. Luca e’ stato molto gentile a passarci la ricetta di questa torta, detta ricciolina, almeno nella tradizione della sua famiglia. E Silvia, che pure non puo’ mangiare dolci in questa fase, si e’ cosi’ cimentata. E bisogna dire che le e’ venuta particolarmente bene. Manca la foto di quella di Luca, ma almeno quella preparata da Silvia e’ stata immortalata. E concorderete con me che e’ molto bella… (per la bonta’, fidatevi, e’ davvero eccezionale).


Few week-ends ago we were invited at Luca’s and Daniela’s place. We spent a really nice afternoon together. We talked a lot, we visited their nice house and, obviously, we also had an afternoon snack. Silvia prepared her famous “ricotta cake”, inspired by Emiko’s recipe, while Luca prepared a different ricotta based cake, traditionally called (among his family) “torta ricciolina”. Unfortunately we didn’t take any picture, but his cake was great too, and he was very kind with us sharing its recipe…. And obviously, although she cannot eat any sweets during this period, Silvia tried to replicate Luca’s cake. And she was great. We also took some pictures, and probably you agree with me about the beauty of this cake… And about the fact that it tastes greatly, trust me 🙂
