Pasquetta a Bobbio

Today is the classic Monday after Easter and in Italy it is vacation time. Usually we go in some nice place around, by bike or by car. Today we choose to reach (by car) Bobbio a small and historic village in the “oltrepo’ Pavese”, not far from “Monte Penice”. It was a nice sunny day and together with Silvia and Luisa we had lunch in a nice park (we prepared some good sandwiches and we ate some fruit too), and then we visited the village. It is very impressive how this place is clean and how nicely every building has been restructured. One of the most impressive point is the roman bridge, also called “hunchbacked” bridge because of the particular shape.
Once back to Pavia it was again sunny and lightly, so we decided to ride also our bicicles a little bit and we reached Certosa di Pavia.
Unfortunately tomorrow we have to come back to work, but today has been a very nice day.
