Dopo averla assaggiata in Toscana, insieme al favoloso pecorino di Pienza, Silvia ha provato a preparare una marmellata di mele e menta. Il risultato, pur diverso dall’originale, e’ decisamente positivo e incoraggiante. Nuove marmellate si stanno per materializzare…

During our recent vacation around Tuscany, we tasted a lovely apple and mint jam, to be eaten with “pecorino” cheese. Silvia tried to cook it herself, and the result, although a little bit different from the original one, was pretty good. New jams are coming soon…
