Il bagel, cosi’ come il caffe’ alla Starbucks, e’ una di quelle abitudini americane che piu’ ci mancano. Ma se per Starbucks siamo quasi rassegnati, i bagel Silvia riesce a riprodurli con ottimi risultati. E cosi’ oggi, dopo tanto tempo, abbiamo pranzato con ottimi bagel. Li abbiamo farciti un po’ in modo improprio (sembravano cheeseburger), ma il risultato e’ stato davvero ottimo.
