Il Battesimo di Beatrice
April 2, 2015 // Posted in Beatrice | No Comments
Last Sunday little Beatrice has been christened. The few closes relatives were with us, together with special godfather and godmother (Luca and Chiara). Lorenzo and Anna contributed to the brightness of the day, although the day was also a bit nostalgic due to the absense of some relative that can now only protect Beatrice from the heaven.
Piccoli ruspisti crescono

As you know, Lorenzo loves to whatch garbage trucks and cleaning street machines, but he has also more traditional passions for a 3 years old baby. Obviously he loves firefighters too, for example, and scapers. So when, coming back from the kindergarten with his baby sitter they met a construction site with a big scraper, he asked to go on board. And as you can imagine from the pictures, he was really happy.
Carnevale a Finale
February 20, 2015 // Posted in family, Travels | 1 Comment
Last long weekend we went to Finale Ligure, as we did the year before, during Carnival holidays. Weather was not perfect, but was good enough, so Lorenzo enjoyed the beach, Beatrice had the opportunity to see the sea for the first time in her life, and we enjoyed our lovely children. We will come back to Finale, we like this place, it transmits energy (because of the riders and climbers) and we feel at home.

Last January the 11th it was the thousandth day with Lorenzo, born on April the 16th. In these 1000 days many things happened: something beatiful, and something terrible. But having Lorenzo here with us is something really special, and this makes us so happy.

Mariangela is a special cousin to Silvia (and Luisa). So we were very happy to have her, and Luciano, at our place today. We spent a nice afternoon drinking a tea and eating a good cake. Mariangela and Luciano met Beatrice, and made Lorenzo very happy with their special gift. Thanks for coming!!!!

La piccola ha cominciato a esplorare il mondo: per ora ci siamo mossi in un raggio di 100 metri intorno a casa… ma gli orizzonti si allargheranno.
Merry Christmas to all our readers. Here we started to explore the world around us, all together. For now we stopped at 100m from our house, but the horizons will enlarge…

Today Sacchibelli’s family grew up, in fact little Beatrice is born. Although, to avoid bad luck, we never mentioned Silvia’s pregnancy, we can now share our happiness with you all.
Cesco
November 5, 2014 // Posted in family | No Comments
There are persons that become absolutely essential.
There are persons extremely sharp, interesting, curious, educated and free.
Cesco was the quintessence of all these qualities: the most amazing and free man we’ve ever met and, free as he lived, he passed away, facing amyotrophic
lateral sclerosis and everything that goes with it with enormous courage and irony.
As we were used to say goodbye to you…enjoy your trip Cesco!
