Anche se un po’ in ritardo, ecco il post relativo alla festicciola di addio ai colleghi ST. Grazie a Silvia, che ha preparato qualche stuzzichino, dolce e salato, la festicciola, anche se un po’ mi sono commosso, è stata molto bella. Tra l’altro ho ricevuto due bellissimi regali…. un telefonino Sony Ericsson (Z610) e un router ADSL wireless Netgear. Ancora una volta grazie a tutti gli amici/colleghi che ho lasciato. E grazie per il bellissimo biglietto che accompagnava i due regali…

Silvia prepared some nice things as appetizer (picture) and I received two wonderful gifts, a new cellular phone (SonyEricsson Z610) and a new wireless router (Netgear).

Ecco un post originale. Cambiamo argomento e parliamo della mia “sofferta” decisione lavorativa di abbandonare mamma ST (dopo otto anni e mezzo) per approdare alla corte ….. dell’Uomo Ragno, nome in codice della Marvell (con due l finali).

Here there is a new post, and the matter is original (no foods nor travels, but job).
At the end I decided to leave STM, the company I joined 8 years and a half ago, to join Marvell, an american company now based in Pavia too.
It was not easy to make this decision, but, at the end, I hope that this will be a good choice.

Stasera Colin e Michela sono passati a trovarci; Colin doveva prendere dei libri in italiano, ma ne abbiamo approfittato per mangiare qualche biscotto, bere del mirto e soprattutto l’ottima idrolitina.

Tonight Colin and Michela went at our place because Colin was looking for italian books. We also took some cookies, we drunk good mirto and, above all, idrolitina water.

Ecco mio fratello che finalmente e’ venuto a ritirare i “due o tre” salmoni surgelati che erano ospitati nel nostro congelatore….
Erano da noi dalla vigilia di Natale, allorche’ Marco e Francesca hanno “svaligiato” l’Esselunga, approfittando degli sconti.

Here you can see my brother Marco that, at the end, after a month, came to take the “few” salmons we had as guest in our deep freezer. Marco and Francesca bought a lot of fish because of the Christmas “Esselunga” discounts, but they didn’t know where to store it
