Lory in Strada Nuova
It was a sunny Sunday. No way to escape from the city, because of restrictions to limit corona-virus spreading, we decided to ride a bit in town, stopping at the river. It was funny, and Lorenzo and Bea demonstrated to be
This year, because of the pandemic and of the hard period, I never had the possibility to ride my loved road and mountain bikes. But today it was a lovely sunny day and since the lockdown rules allows for a bike ride (while remaining in the town where you live), I did it. And, as usual, I had a great feeling
Probably he will not reach his father level (he rode his bike from home to school, for 3 km, without hands), however Lorenzo is showing good skills.
In posa davanti al Monumento
In the last day with prohibition to go out of our region, we decided to ride all togheter (and together our friends Leonardo and Matteo) up to Certosa, following a nice bike path across the “Parco della Vernavola” and close to the “Naviglio”. We had a lot of fun, mainly because of Matteo, Lorenzo and Bea.
Belle sensazioni
After the long lock-down, now the situation starts to be a bit better, although the normality is still far away. However, since now we can go out, we decided to have a short bike ride. And such a ride gave as a lot of good sensations. Let’s cross our fingers….
In the few days spent at Munich I realized that in Pavia there is no possibility to have a decent hurban mobility. There is no way. One example is the fact that at Munich, when a bike path cross a street, cars have to stop, and bikes get the prioritity. This is an important difference…..
After a lot of time, we were able to organize a new Pedale-Maiale bike ride, meeting again some old friend like Claudio. Moreover, to have Ivan riding with us was a really nice news. We went to Verbania, by train, and from there we rode along the Ciclovia del Toce, stopping at Masera, where we had a great lunch at the restaurant “Divin Porcello“,
While Lorenzo always enjoyed to use his small bike without pedals and, while he was 4 years old, he already started to ride his bike withouth wheels, Bea didn’t show a similar passion, and she was a little bit lazy when she was asked to use the bike. Until few days ago, when she decided to start to ride his bike without wheels, exactly at the same age of his brother. Good job Bea!!!!
