Se da un lato invidiamo ai californiani le stupende zucche arancioni di halloween, qui ci accontentiamo di zucche esteticamente meno belle, ma che danno al risotto un gusto straordinario. E cosi&#8217; Silvia oggi ha preparato questo piatto straordinario. In foto rende, ma assicuro che a mangiarlo era ancora migliore&#8230;.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Risotto season just started few weeks ago (see  <a href=\"http:\/\/sacchibelli.blogspot.com\/2009\/09\/risotto-time.html\">here<\/a>), but now that pumpkins arrived, everything becomes more interesting. We miss a little bit the wonderful halloween californian pumpkins, but to be honest our pumpkins too are not taht bad, and they give to risotto a lovely taste. In the picture you can see the risotto cooked by Silvia today.
