La moglie Susana e le splendide bimbe Marina e Sofia sono tornate in Spagna per qualche giorno e cosi&#8217; Carlo si e&#8217; esibito ai fornelli. Da buon pugliese ha preparato uno splendido pranzo a base di pesce. L&#8217;antipasto con alici e olive, accompagnato da un buon vino rose&#8217; del Salento e da eccezionali taralli ha fatto da introduzione a uno straordinario piatto di spaghetti con le vongole. Per completare il pranzo a base di pesce, un&#8217;ottima <a HREF=\"http:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Oblada_melanura\">occhiata<\/a> al cartoccio. Infine, stavolta non a base di pesce, il celebre gelato dei Sacchibelli (alla fragola). Carlo is a colleague of mine and a true friends of Sacchibelli. His wife Susana is back to Spain for a short trip with the beautiful daughters Marina and Sofia, so he managed a special lunch mainly based on fish. Anchovies and olives as appetizers, together with a very good wine from &#8220;Salento&#8221;, and then an amazing dish of &#8220;Spaghetti con le vongole&#8221;. They were great, and it was great also the following <a HREF=\"http:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Oblada_melanura\">occhiata<\/a> al cartoccio. As a dessert we brought our famous &#8220;gelato&#8221; (today it was based on fresh strawberries).
