E anche stavolta direi che i risultati sono stati piu&#8217; che incoraggianti. E anche Luisa, che e&#8217; venuta a pranzo da noi, pareva piu&#8217; che soddisfatta.<br \/>Silvia ha impastato e precotto le piadine, mentre io ho provveduto al ripieno, senza particolari sforzi di fantasia. Abbiamo cosi&#8217; spaziato dalla piadina con cotto e crescenza a quella con crudo e brie.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>After the french crepes, today Silvia prepared &#8220;piadine romagnole&#8221;. THey were pretty good, and Luisa too, who came for lunch at our place, appreciated them.<br \/>Silvia prepare the &#8220;piadina&#8221; while I was manly involved in the &#8220;filling&#8221; phase. I used &#8220;prosciutto&#8221;, both &#8220;cudo&#8221; and &#8220;cotto&#8221;.
