Ieri sera siamo stati a cena da Simone e Alessandra, i quali si sono dimostrati dei cuochi di altissimo livello.
Dall’antipasto, con un ottimo sformato di carciofi (di cui manca la foto), a uno sformato di trofie con dadolata di peperoni e melenzane, alla “mattonella” di pollo, Simone e Alessandra ci hanno deliziato con piatti prelibati serviti in moto eccezionale (anche da un punto di vista estetico).
Al termine l’ottima torta di amaretti, cioccolato e pere di Silvia e il celebre torrone di Cremona.
Il tutto condito con ottimo vino, tra cui spiccava un Montefalco Rosso.
Grazie Simo e Ale per l’ottima serata.<\/p>\n

P.S. Anche se puo’ sembrare fazioso, bisogna dire che il pane prodotto dai Sacchibelli (nelle due varianti con olive e noci) era veramente buono.<\/p>\n

Yesterdaty night we went at Simo and Ale’s place for a dinner. They cooked for us a very good artchokes souffle’ (supposing that souffle’ is the right translation for sformato), a great souffle’ of trofie with eggplants and pepper, and chicken with peas, ham and pepper served in a strange shape (called “mattonella”).
Then, there was a cake with pears and chocolate prepared by Silvia (very good) and the famous torrone from Cremona.
We also drunk a lot, and the wine was very good. In particular I appreciated the “Montefalco Rosso”.
Thank you Simo and Ale for the beatiful dinner.<\/p>\n
