Benche’ questo non sia un food-blog capita spesso di postare qualche interessante esperimento culinario (solitamente proposto da Silvia…). Cosi’ non potevamo non menzionare le ciambelline allo yogurt che vedete nella foto. Sono decisamente fotogeniche, ma la ricetta necessita ancora un po’ di tuning (non preoccupatevi, ci sono gia’ io come volontario per testare i vari esperimenti…), per cui non entriamo nei dettagli. Ma l’idea era preparare qualcosa di sfizioso per merenda, dolce ma non troppo, in modo che anche Silvia potesse gustarli, senza violare (troppo) l’embargo sui dolci in gravidanza… E direi che l’obbiettivo e’ stato raggiunto. Il ripieno in questo caso era una crema al latte, ma evidentemente ci si puo’ scatenare con la fantasia… Avete suggerimenti?

Although this is not a food-blog, we often post some food experiment (mainly done by Silvia). So we have to show you also these lovely “ciambelline allo yougurt”. They are cuter than good, but the starting point is satisfactory enough. And the target for this experiment was to prepare a special cake without too much sugar, so that Silvia could eat it . We filled them with milk cream but, obviously, there is space for fantasy. Do you have any suggestion about that? Once the recipe will be tuned, we will post it (and in the meanwhile I will have the responsibility for testing next experiments :-))
