Bucatini all’amatriciana

La settimana prossima saremmo dovuti partire per una breve vacanza in Marche e Abruzzo. C’e’ stato pero’ qualche inconveniente e siamo cosi’ costretti a rinunciare, o perlomeno rimandare, il viaggio.
Visto che in programma c’era anche una sosta ad Amatrice, il piccolo borgo laziale famoso per l’invenzione del sugo all’amatriciana, oggi ho deciso di cucinare i bucatini col celebre sugo, seguendo la ricetta trovata qui; forse ad Amatrice li avremmo trovati ancora piu’ buoni, ma bisogna dire che Silvia e Luisa hanno apprezzato parecchio questo esperimento culinario. La ricetta e’ molto semplice, e suggerisco a tutti di provarla.


The plan for next week would have been to travel to Marche and Abruzzo, two nice regions in the centre of Italy. However we had some inconvenience, so we had to cancel this short vacation. One of the most interesting stop would have been in Amatrice the small town where the famous “Spaghetti all’Amatriciana” were invented. Today I’ve decided to cook that kind of pasta. Maybe they were not as good as at Amatrice, but both Luisa and Silvia appreciated them a lot. I followed the recipe found here, and I suggest you to do the same 🙂
