Il recente weekend parigino è ancora nei nostri cuori, cosi’ stamattina, per ricordare quei momenti (e anche per far sgobbare l’ottimo robot Kenwood) ci siamo impegnati nella preparazione di un pane speciale. Certo, le baguettes parigine sono inarrivabili, ma vi è da dire che le due pagnotte a base di formaggio grana e prosciutto cotto che vedete nella foto sono risultate piuttosto gustose.
Per una volta quindi abbiamo lasciato a riposo la nostra (per altro validissima) macchina del pane Princess e anziche’ il pane a cassetta, ecco due splendide pagnotte dorate e croccanti.


The weekend we spent in Paris was wonderful. And among many nice things we always have in our hearts after that travel, to remember the extremely high quality of french bread (in particular baguettes) is always nice. So this morning we tried to make our own bread, not using our Princess bread maker but following a nice recipe we found in the “Kenwood book”. So, using our kitchen robot Kenwood, we made these two very good loaves, with ham and “Parmesan cheese” inside. Something special… believe to us.
