La stagione del risotto e’ cominciata qualche settimana fa (vedi qui), ma ora che sono arrivate le zucche, il discorso si fa sempre piu’ interessante. Se da un lato invidiamo ai californiani le stupende zucche arancioni di halloween, qui ci accontentiamo di zucche esteticamente meno belle, ma che danno al risotto un gusto straordinario. E cosi’ Silvia oggi ha preparato questo piatto straordinario. In foto rende, ma assicuro che a mangiarlo era ancora migliore….

Risotto season just started few weeks ago (see here), but now that pumpkins arrived, everything becomes more interesting. We miss a little bit the wonderful halloween californian pumpkins, but to be honest our pumpkins too are not taht bad, and they give to risotto a lovely taste. In the picture you can see the risotto cooked by Silvia today. The picture is great, but I guarantee that it is better to eat than to watch….
