Una cena speciale

L’altra sera abbiamo cenato a casa nostra con Fernando, il nostro amico che non ama i blog. Silvia, approfittando del giorno di ferie, aveva preparato un menu’ niente male; come primo udon con salsina (qui la ricetta), come secondo sgombro aromatizzato (tratto da un libro di ricette giapponesi di Harumi Kurihara) e infine uno straordinario dolce la cui ricetta puo’ essere trovata qui ma che e’ stata liberamente reinterpretata da Silvia, sostituendo le fragole con ottimi lamponi.
Che dire, una cena sorprendentemente delicata, gustosa e originale. Brava Silvia!!!!



Last Thursday we invited Fernando, the friend of us who doesn’t love the blogs, at our place for a dinner. Silvia was in vacation that day, so she prepared something special. The dinner started with delicious udon with special sauce (here the recipe) then we had grilled aromatic mackerel prepared following a recipe from Harumi Kurihara and, at the end, a lovely roll cake based on raspberry instead of strawberry.
What a fantastic dinner. Good job Silvia!!!!
