Illusione ottica?

A sinistra la bistecca prima della cottura, a destra dopo...

Vien da chiedere ai nostri numerosi amici americani se anche laggiu’, quando si prepara una bistecca ai ferri, si assiste ad un impressionante ridimensionamento della bistecca stessa.
Il ricordo che abbiamo della carne negli States e’ eccezionale, e siamo curiosi di capire se questa peculiarita’ (interessante e fastidiosa) e’ solo della carne nostrana…


We don’t remember if this phenomenon happens in USA too. We just remember that meat over there is really great. Here it is not that bad, but sometimes it is frustrating to see, when you prepare a grill steak, an amazing shrinking of the steak itself..
