Pasticceria Colicchia

Come tradizione, anche quest’anno abbiamo organizzato la spedizione di dolci tipici siciliani dalla mitica Pasticceria “Colicchia” di Trapani.
Così ci stiamo gustando gli ottimi cannoli con ripieno di ricotta e cioccolato, gli ericini (dolci alle mandorle), la frutta martorana e l’incredibile cassata. Alla faccia dei nostri amici “americani” che ci leggono attraverso il blog.


As usual, also this year we have ordered tipical sicilian sweets from the famous Pasticceria “Colicchia” inTrapani.
So, we are eating very good “cannoli”(full of sweet ricotta and chocolate), wonderful “ericini” (based on marzapan), “frutta martorana” (again marzapan based) and the incredible “cassata”. And obviously we are thinking to our “american” friends and their hamburgers….
