Un UFO in cucina

Come molti, in questo periodo, ci siamo dilettati anche con la panificazione. Ma a parte che il pane senza impasto (vedi qui) è proprio buono, la cosa interessante è stato osservare la magia della fase di lievitazione…

Il risultato, post cottura

In this pandemic period, with all of us locked down in our apartment, Sacchibelli too did some exercise making bread. We in particular enjoyed the “no kneat bread”, very easy, and very good (see here), but the fun was to observe it during the leavening phase
