I muffin sono una specialita’ di casa sacchibelli (vedi qui), ma nell’ultimo periodo diciamo che il tempo per dedicarsi alla cucina si e’ un po’ piu’ ridotto. Ma oggi Silvia ha provato una variante, introducendo, al centro del muffin, un cuore di marmellata o di nutella. E diciamo che il valore aggiunto e’ notevole.

Here at sacchibelli’s we used to prepare (and eat) a lot of muffins (see here), but in the last period we didn’t find too much time to spend cooking. However today Silvia made some experiment, and improved her muffins with the addition of an heart of jam or of nutella. Amazing!!!!
