Domenica scorsa abbiamo assaggiato un ottimo caffè shakerato, ideale refrigerio per la calura estiva. Così abbiamo deciso di dotarci di shaker (grazie Luisa per il regalo), e nel week-end ci siamo esibiti nei primi tentativi di “shakeraggio”. La tecnica può essere forse migliorata, ma direi che siamo sulla buona strada.

Last sunday we tried a very nice “caffè-shakerato”, a very good solution to drink something cold but energetic during the hot summer at Pavia. And now, thanks to Luisa, we have a shaker at sacchibelli house. This week-end we made the first experiments. Although the technique can still be improved, first results look good.
