Dopo la cucina giapponese di Silvia, stavolta ci siamo esibiti in un classico della cucina francese: le crepes.Cosi’ abbiamo dapprima cenato con delle crepes salate ripiene di prosciutto e toma piemontese e infine, non ancora sazi, la piu’ classica delle crepes dolci, quella (abbondantemnete) ripiena della favolosa nutella.

After Silvia’s japanese experiments (very good, by the way) we moved to french food, and in particular we tried one of the most popular one, the crepes. We started with salad crepes (filled with ham and “toma piemontese” cheese to finish with the most exciting sweet crepe, the one filled with a lot of nutella….
