Come l’anno scorso anche quest’anno il gentilissimo Colonnello e la sua eccezionale moglie Beatrice ci hanno omaggiato di una straordinaria cassata preparata proprio dalla signora Beatrice. Ci mancano le parole per descriverla, per cui lascio lo spazio alle foto. E’ semplicemente il dolce che piu’ ci piace in assoluto. Qualcuno sostiene che sia ipercalorica, ma noi pensiamo siano bugie. E’ solo buonissima 🙂

This year too our friend colonel and his wife Beatrice gave us an extraordinary “cassata” hand made by Beatrice herself. Absolutely it is the kind of dessert that we prefer and we are very excited because of this gift. We don’t have words to explain our excitement, so we leave room the the pictures. Someone think that “cassata” has too many calories, but we think this is not true. It is just very good. I’m not sure our californian friends will be able to find something so good around their place…
